Udaan is who β invited profiles of people building something far from home. Experiences is how β the paperwork, the exams and the flat hunt, written up by whoever just got through them. And News is what happened, kept for the record.
Udaan
Invited profiles of Indian-origin people building something far from home β a band, a business, a dance school. We approach them, they tell it in their own words, and nothing goes live until they approve every line.
Experiences
Write-ups of getting something actually done here β the commune, the licence exchange, the flat hunt β by the person who has just been through it, published under their own name with their consent on file.
Paperwork & admin
Commune registration, residence cards, visas, translations
Just been through something?
Write it up while it is fresh. Ten minutes of yours saves the next person a fortnight of guessing.
